I worked with Rachel via remote support and found there was an old password from her @ppa.org login in onedrive via control panel\ credential manager and also in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\officefilecache (deleted the contents of the officefilecache folder)
Hi there! I’ve been having intermittent issues with Microsoft saying I’m not logged in or that my credentials have expired, but it’s becoming a regular issue, and I’m now having trouble saving my work. When I hit that “Sign In” button,
nothing happens – it doesn’t take me anywhere to sign in.
