Question:

Hi there! I’ve been having intermittent issues with Microsoft saying I’m not logged in or that my credentials have expired, but it’s becoming a regular issue, and I’m now having trouble saving my work. When I hit that “Sign In” button, nothing happens – it doesn’t take me anywhere to sign in.

Answer:

I worked with Rachel via remote support and found there was an old password from her @ppa.org login in onedrive via control panel\ credential manager and also in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\officefilecache (deleted the contents of the officefilecache folder) 
Now her files are syncing as intended with no errors.
