It might be as easy as clearing the cache for Chrome
- Open Chrome: Launch the Google Chrome browser on your Mac.
- Access Clear Browsing Data:
- Using the More menu: Click the three dots (More) in the top right corner, then go to "More tools" and select "Clear browsing data".
- Using the search bar: Type
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData in the address bar and press Enter.
- Choose Time Range: Select "All time" from the dropdown menu to clear all cached data.
- Select Data to Clear: Check the boxes next to "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data".
- Clear the Data: Click the "Clear data" button.
- Optional: Restart Chrome: For changes to take effect, it's recommended to close and reopen Chrome.
